Rules and Policies
- No Box Opening
- Opening boxes during the sale is prohibited and will result in dismissal.
- All sales are final
- All sales are final with no returns. Items may be liquidated returns and could be non-functional.
- Line formation
- Be in line by 8:45 AM. Late arrivals will forfeit their spot without a refund.
- Bag types
- IKEA bags only. No backpacks or large purses allowed. IKEA bags are available for $5 at the register.
- Zero Tolerance for any form of aggression
- There is ZERO tolerance for running, shoving, pushing, or any form of aggression. Any aggressive behavior will lead to immediate dismissal.
- Checkout
- Once your bag is full, head to checkout. No sorting of products on the sale floor—only put items in your bag you plan to purchase. No exceptions.
- Payment methods
- We accept cash, credit, debit, contactless payments, and Apple Pay. Please have your payment ready at checkout.
- Children
- Children under 12 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent. Ages 12 and up require a ticket.
